The staff team was fabulously helpful. the deluxe double room was new-fashioned and functional, featuring a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. the service was very good, and the food was good. They also offered early check-in, which was convenient.

it offers incredible, good location. there is snack bar london nearby for a cup of coffee. glad i took executive queen room, it was recently renovated and extremely pleasant.

The location is excellent and absolutely perfect, 1 mile from Monte San Salvatore. The rooms are newly remodelled and extremely pleasant here with a majestic view and double balcony, as example.

On arrival we had water in the room because windows were open, safe did not work, bath towels were forgotten, garden and pool were not very clean.

Everything would have been great except the beds. We slept almost nothing and got up in the morning with back pain. The mattresses were hard as stone.

Reception: I had to ask for the TicinoTicket myself. Should be given without being asked when checking in. It's a great advertisement for Ticino.

Well-appointed rooms and central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television included. The location was fantastic, for example, Art Museum Lugano was at a short distance from the hotel. It was located 20 minutes walk from the downtown...

I had a very nice stay at a lovely place with a short vacation, the room was spacious and newly renovated with an amazing view, and I had a restful sleep.

The location was elcellent and the services were very good. The only disappointment was the bed was not a king size as requested; however, the beds were adaquate. And I chose not to raise any complaint.

very good hotel, nice location facing the lake. nice room clean, well decorated. nice people very helpfull.

big issue with internet access. a major problem when here for business. 1 computer available for use but wrong keyboard so very difficult to work with. should really fix this problem.
